TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROCESS

Following is an overview of MCE’s Tech Support/Parts procedures.

If your company is not yet a registered customer of MCE, an account will need to be created. This is a simple process, accomplished when you submit on company letterhead your company name, address, phone and fax, and contact information. As an MCE customer free phone technical support is available. Our toll free number is 800-444-7442. The verbal prompts can be followed to the desired department, be it sales, tech support, modification or parts. We also offer email addresses for each department which are monitored continuously throughout the day. They are as follows:

When communicating by phone or email, having the job number and job name will expedite processing your request. Credit cards are accepted or PO’s are required prior to orders being processed.

Modifications can be requested by calling our tech support line and speaking with a technician regarding the requested functionality, or an email request may be sent to our modifications email address. A tracking notification will be created and communicated for future reference. Our normal quoting period is 3-5 business days. MCE will fax or email a quote for review and signed approval. If a rush quote is
required within 1-2 business days please advise this during the initial description of functionality.

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 6am to 4pm
Pacific Standard Time. Outside our normal availability,
emergency phone support may be available for a minimal
charge. Monday through Friday after hours, as well as
Saturday and Sunday, a PO in the amount of $100.00 will be
required. In the event that this service is required, please
email the above tech support email address for processing.

MCE controllers are covered under warranty for a period of 15 months from the date of shipment from our factory. Vendor components may carry a warranty period different from the controller warranty. The warranty information can be found inside the MCE controller manuals.
